Our New Acorn Education School - Avonside School in Bristol, will have capacity for 72 pupils and is due to open August 2025. The school will be a co-educational provision for pupils with complex needs including SEMH.

Key Responsibilities 

• Teach a variety of skills relating to Catering and general kitchen related skills across the school to students aged between 11-18
• Be a form tutor for students to support them in their education.
• Teach WMS101 to selected pupils across the school.
• Take responsibility for setting up the Catering provision at Avonside.
• Play a key role in the development of SEN provision within Avonside.
• Work with the school’s therapy team and build strong curriculum based on the needs of the students.
