Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a contact center technology architect, enterprise IT Architect or senior contact center developer, with at least 1+ year experience with any of the following platforms: Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE InContact, Salesforce.
- 5+ years experience designing and implementing at least 2 of the following contact center solutions: IVR, chat, custom reporting, quality management, agent desktop, or workforce management
- 3+ years experience in Software development/DevOps, with minimum of 3 successful deployments integrating contact center platforms with at least 2 of the following: bots, APIs, web services, or databases
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
- AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python)
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Basic Qualifications
- Extensive experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Substantial hands-on technical experience with mainframe, non-x86 legacy systems and with technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 for z/OS, Assembler, PL/I, Java, Rexx, flat/sequential files, GDGs, and VSAM.
- Proven track record in a technical lead role migrating workloads from mainframe and non-x86 legacy systems to distributed x86 infrastructures either on-premises or on to the Cloud.
- Deep experience integrating mainframe and non-x86 legacy systems with distributed Linux-based or Windows-based x86 servers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- AWS associate or professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate or Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
- Experience leading customers with mainframe and legacy modernization initiatives.

We are seeking a strategic Business Strategy and Performance Manager with strong analytical skills to play a key role in advancing our Grassroots Strategy. This role will provide quality strategic support across key Grassroots programmes, while also supporting on performance monitoring and reporting for the division.

What will you be doing?
Strategy:
- Lead the strategy development of key football programmes, working with the subject matter experts across the Grassroots division, wider FA and County FAs to ensure they are effectively scoped, planned and collaboratively delivered.
- Lead on the implementation plans for new strategies, working with policy leads to ensure they are appropriately embedded within the operational plans for the Grassroots division and that we are driving forward progress on a day-to-day basis.

- Support on all reporting for the Grassroots Division including FA Game Changers, our Grassroots Strategy KPIs and County FA KPIs
