The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious corporate finance professional to join a leading renewable energy advisory platform. You will play a key role in advising clients on debt structuring, project financing, and strategic M&A across clean energy technologies and renewable energy.
You will likely already be a leader in this space, or ready to step into a leadership role, and become a head of service with this business either immediately or in the near future.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide debt and project finance advisory services to clients in the renewable energy sector.
- Support and lead on transactions, including JV structuring, buy- and sell-side advisory, debt placement, and M&A .
- Develop strong relationships with lenders, investors, developers, corporates, and energy companies.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis, valuation, and market intelligence to support client decisions.
- Lead on business development and support the continued growth of the advisory practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate finance advisory , ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of debt structuring, project finance, or M&A within the energy sector.
- Background working with energy service providers such as O&M companies, EPCs, manufacturers, or engineering firms is highly advantageous.
- Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and communication skills.
