Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
• Advanced certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience coaching multiple agile teams and individuals.
• Deep understanding of agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in organisational change management.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
