- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 - Coach and mentor agile development teams, fostering a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement.
 - Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
 - Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and well-defined product backlog.
 - Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
 - Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
 - Facilitate effective communication between development teams, stakeholders, and management.
 - Drive the adoption and adherence to agile principles and best practices.
 - Monitor team performance and implement strategies for enhanced productivity and quality.
 - Contribute to the overall agile transformation of the organization.
 
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
 - Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and frameworks.
 - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is highly desirable.
 - Experience in managing software development projects from inception to completion.
 - Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
 - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
 - Experience with risk management and issue resolution.
 - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
 - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
