Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior Scrum Master role.
  • Extensive experience with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban, and a deep understanding of their application.
  • Proven experience in coaching multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), or equivalent Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master).
