Responsibilities:
* Manage delivery through all assessment and phases
* Apply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques (e.g. Scrum Kanban XP - extreme programming) and mentor the team about the chosen approach
* Build and maintain teams ensuring they are motivated collaborating and working well
* Integration of the Digital delivery plan with the wider Project plan
* Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them
* Focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services
* Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
* Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team.
* Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and effective communication.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
· Proven experience in Agile project management and Scrum framework.
· Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
· Certification in Scrum or equivalent.
