• Coach and mentor agile development teams, fostering a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and well-defined product backlog.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication between development teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Drive the adoption and adherence to agile principles and best practices.
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies for enhanced productivity and quality.
• Contribute to the overall agile transformation of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and frameworks.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing software development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Experience with risk management and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
