Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on software development projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is required.

**Your role and responsibilities**
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. This individual will lead cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Manage delivery through all assessment and phases
* Apply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques (e.g. Scrum Kanban XP - extreme programming) and mentor the team about the chosen approach
* Build and maintain teams ensuring they are motivated collaborating and working well
* Integration of the Digital delivery plan with the wider Project plan
* Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them
* Focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services
* Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
* Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team.
* Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and effective communication.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
· Proven experience in Agile project management and Scrum framework.

This role is crucial in fostering an agile mindset and driving successful project delivery across multiple workstreams. You will be instrumental in coaching and mentoring development teams, product owners, and stakeholders on agile principles, practices, and values.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor multiple Scrum teams to improve their agile maturity and self-organization.
• Guide and support Product Owners in backlog management, user story refinement, and effective prioritization.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress, escalating where necessary.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and transparency within the teams.
• Help stakeholders understand and adopt agile methodologies.
• Track and report on team velocity, burndown charts, and other agile metrics.
• Advocate for agile best practices and drive adoption of agile tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a complex, distributed environment.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycles.
• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced CSM (A-CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II).
