As a Lead Scrum Master, you will champion Agile adoption and transformation initiatives. This includes defining and refining agile processes, metrics, and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on vision, roadmap, and delivery objectives. A key part of your role will involve identifying and addressing systemic impediments that hinder team velocity and organizational agility. Key Responsibilities:
