**Scope of the Role:**
+ Day to day management of assigned parts
+ Process Order and Repair Requisitions
+ Action all demand requisitions on a daily basis using Required Delivery Dates as the mechanism to prioritise requirements.
+ Escalation of known problems and any risk to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to Supply Chain Management
+ Support Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for spares that fail their Required Delivery Date (RDD), reporting completed analysis to P-8A Supply Chain Management
+ Generate supply solutions of assigned parts for those requirements not immediately available.
+ Efficiently prioritise all tasks and work to best support the business needs.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with support organisations to ensure a seamless support is provided
+ Conduct Supply Chain Support activities in line with Business Unit Processes and Procedures.
+ Review and amend Processes and Procedures when gaps/errors are identified during the day to day activities
+ Mentor junior members of the team in Supply Chain Best Practices and help resolve minor issues as they become experienced
+ Provide SME guidance and support to internal stakeholders for long-range Programme requirements
+ Host meetings pertinent to the success of assigned RAAs.
+ Support ad-hoc tasks allocated by management to support business requirements
+ Provide out of hours service as required.

- Liaise with customers and suppliers as required using the most appropriate method, i.e. by phone or by email.

- Liaise with Rainbo in house freight forwarder to arrange imports and exports to meet order Incoterms.
- Updating of the inhouse system and reports appropriately, for reporting updates to management and customers as required.
- Review, resolve and adequately report any discrepancies in line with company procedures.
- Ensure continuous reduction of process and data errors impacting orders.
- To ensure payment requests and pro-forma/order acknowledgements are correct and on file.
- To assist with cover of the Warehouse as and when required.
- Communicate effectively with all teams to ensure smooth operation of the department to minimise delays.
About you
You will have previous relevant experience gained in a supply chain, logistics or expediting role. You must be proactive with a positive attitude, work well in a team and have the ability to multitask when required. Attention to detail with strong communications skills, both written and verbal are a necessity. The ability to work under pressure, to deadlines by utilising time management skills are a requirement.
Working Hours, Pay and Benefits:

Position Summary: In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our supply chain. You will develop and execute supply plans, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet demand forecasts. Key Responsibilities of Supply Planner
+ Demand Forecasting:
+ Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and business forecasts to develop accurate demand forecasts.
+ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather input and adjust forecasts as needed.
+ Monitor forecast accuracy and make necessary adjustments to improve reliability.
+ Supply Planning:
+ Develop and implement supply plans to meet demand forecasts while optimizing inventory levels.
+ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
+ Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
+ Inventory Management:
+ Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance customer demand and inventory carrying costs.
+ Conduct regular inventory reviews and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
+ Identify and address slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
+ Supplier Coordination:
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and resolve any issues.
+ Negotiate terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and improve service levels.
+ Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed.
+ Order Management:
+ Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely order placement.
+ Track order status and coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
+ Resolve any order discrepancies or issues promptly.
+ Collaboration:
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, sales, and customer service, to align supply plans with business objectives.
+ Communicate supply chain plans and status to relevant stakeholders.
+ Participate in meetings and provide insights on supply chain performance and improvements.
Qualifications
Technical competencies:
+ Experience of managing an operational end to end supply chain.
+ Industry experience in an FMCG / Retail environment/Food environment.
+ Process driven with evidence of change management and continual improvement.
+ Problem solver, analytical thinker, able to articulate the case and engage people to support to achieve the goal.

As a Supply Chain Associate you'll support a busy team with a range of activities including manual handling for various products, packaging sizes, using a forklift and admin tasks as required. It's a warehouse environment to support the delivery of various products to customers.
**Purpose of Job:**
To support the day-to-day processes of Dock to Stock within Glenrothes working in appointed area.
**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Accurate material handling/placement
+ Ability to communicate with Internal/External customers
+ Updating of computer stock records
+ Allocating material for Production use.
+ Follow company safety policies and encourage other associates to do the same.
+ Follow and adhere to local working procedures
+ To liaise with various functions on a daily basis.
+ To achieve OTD to our customers
+ To ensure all products are correct on receipt to RSLG
**Candidate Requirements:**
+ Strong Communication skills
+ SAP Experience
