We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Change Control Technician to join out clients dynamic Supply Chain Planning department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the introduction of new products and managing changes to existing products, ensuring a timely, efficient, and cost-effective implementation process.
Location: Desford, Leicestershire
Contract: Until 31 December 2027
Working Hours: Full-time, 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday. This role requires working onsite five days a week. There is slight flexibility on start and finish times, with an opportunity for a shorter Friday if hours are made up on other days.
What You Will Do:
Maintain and communicate accurate change management data using an ERP system and a Manufacturing Control System.
Interpret engineering releases and drawings to define change requirements, create item masters, and establish product structures.
Set up and manage Plan for Every Part data.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure the timely procurement, manufacturing, or rework of materials by managing effective dates.
Track the daily progress of materials and documentation to ensure availability aligns with scheduled effective dates.
Lead or support weekly cross-functional meetings to update stakeholders on the status of new and upcoming changes.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and planning teams to implement changes efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create weekly dashboards.
A confident communicator, able to lead weekly meetings with a number of stakeholders.
Supply chain experience is highly desirable.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing large volumes of information.
The ability to apply informed judgement to analyse complex situations and make sound decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to consider multiple stakeholder perspectives to develop practical solutions.
An understanding of basic Manufacturing Requirements Planning concepts, including bills of materials.
Experience using tools such as Power BI or Python to create charts or reports.

They have an urgent, initial contract opportunity to join a project from the start working with a client that operates in Financial Services and Banking. You will support the digital transformation project from a change management perspective, work closely with senior stakeholders to grasp the broader impact of change and create appropriate plans and support with training planning / delivery.
Your experience should include:
- Hands-on experience managing the change across technology projects
- Expertise with training planning, content strategy and delivery

- Agile and Waterfall project methodology experience

As a key member of the Synergy Change Management Team, this role primary focus centres on Change Management delivery. The key responsibilities include executing activities aligned with the Change Management Plan in accordance with the methodology provided and under the guidance of the Transition Director and OD Consultant. The scope of this role includes supporting countries’ transitions in Europe and APME.
Your role extends beyond theoretical concepts. It encompasses practical wisdom, hands-on execution, and the ability to adapt. Most importantly, you play a crucial part in connecting across project work streams, collaborating with local subject matter experts, P&C (HR), and fellow Change practitioners to achieve project success from a change management standpoint
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Delivery and Capability Development -
- Drive and execute change management project plans and activities. Leverage and influence project and local leaders to ensure user adoption, desired objectives and behavioural changes are achieved.
- Work with global communications, transition Director and country teams to execute, among other the following key deliverables: Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Stakeholder group Engagement Plans, Develop and Execute change adoption and communication plan. And any other deliverable as agreed in the Change Management Plan
- Partner with Communications on development comms plans and respond to changes or feedback throughout project.
Monitor change management quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the deliverables provided by the countries and escalate CM issues or challenges to the Transition Director or the Change Lead
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in organisational behaviour, human resources, organisational development, organisational effectiveness, communications, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Four or more years’ experience in the implementation of Change Management strategies. Preferably in support of a Shared Service implementation or Technology Transformation.
- Professional certification: Change management certification or designation a plus

Your New Role
This role is a key member of the Transformation Management Office (TMO).
