Outpost24 is hiring a Channel Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Europe (London, Amsterdam, Leuven)

We're looking for a results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a global partner marketing programme across our full product portfolio. You'll play a key role in expanding initiatives that engage, enable, and grow our ecosystem of distributors, resellers, MSPs and MSSPs.

This is a global role working closely with internal teams and external partners, to create scalable programmes and go-to-market campaigns that drive partner success and business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the partner marketing channel together with the Channel Director.
  • Evolve and execute the global partner marketing programme to maximise reach and impact.
  • Create partner enablement materials, sales tools, and co-branded assets to support the full product portfolio.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with distributors, resellers, MSPs, and MSSPs to drive lead generation and pipeline.
  • Optimise spend for maximum impact and achieve target pipeline creation goals.
  • Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives.

Role Description

This role will assist the wider FGEMEA Channel Marketing team with marketing activity that maximises the potential of our retail network across the region, as well as supporting with Amazon optimisations and content creation.

The Channel Marketing Placement will support with planning, executing and optimising various tactics including emails, social media, copy and content management, and carrying out regular audits of our retail network. You will be required at times to travel to and support us at public facing events, and to take ownership of specific campaigns and ensure we have a full customer journey with various touch points in place for all brands and products.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working across multiple platforms, particularly including Amazon Vendor Central and Hubspot – full training provided.
  • On hand to assist the team with deploying any Channel Marketing activities across all Focusrite Group Content Creation brands.
  • Working closely with the Events Manager to support the organisation and execution of a variety of public facing events and tradeshows.
