• An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Charities Lawyer to join a well-regarded legal team working on a range of high-profile and meaningful matters.
• You'll work closely with a diverse portfolio of charity and not-for-profit clients, providing expert advice on charity law, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• The role involves advising on the formation and registration of new charities, drafting and reviewing funding agreements, and supporting clients through Charity Commission processes.
• You'll also advise on restructuring, mergers, charity trading, and corporate structures, as well as governance best practice.
