You will be the primary Chartered Accountant responsible for a portfolio of clients, with a particular emphasis on sports and entertainment.

THE ROLE:

• Lead and conduct financial audits, assessing internal controls, identifying risks, and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Provide expert advice on taxation matters, including corporate tax, personal tax, VAT, and capital gains tax, assisting clients with compliance and planning.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive business advisory services, including management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Assist clients with business valuations, mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Prepare management reports and presentations to clients, clearly communicating financial insights and strategic recommendations.
