About YounYou don’t need any experience or formal qualifications to become a Persian Language Specialist with us, just active and passive language skills, excellent written English, and a good knowledge of Iranian culture, history, religion, and politics. Essentially, you’ll be passionate about the language and a proficient user (at C1 level, see explanation below) of Persian in all its forms. Your proficiency might come from growing up in a multilingual family, undergoing language training in the military, or studying Persian to a high academic level.
At C1 level or higher, you’re able to:

The Language Quality Specialist is a proactive member of the Quality team, contributing to deliver globally an efficient quality management service to internal staff, external resources, and clients.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Trigger Quality Feedback Reports and improvement plans on selected resources, liaising with all stakeholders (PMs, Quality team, Internal Linguists, External Reviewers, Vendor Managers, etc.).

+ Help to build and design a robust and efficient Quality system as well as the creation of SOPs related to this function.
+ Contribute to conceive developments/enhancements and best practices in Language Quality.
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
+ Native level of Japanese language skill (speaking/reading/writing).
+ 3-5 years' experience as a Language Quality Specialist dealing with multilingual projects.
+ Mediation/negotiation skills in working with people from different countries and cultures.
+ Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to change.
+ High level of commitment and motivation is essential.
+ Higher education in translation-related studies, or equivalent experience.

Essential:
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration (or equivalent professional body).
- Formal training and certification in ADOS and ADI-R administration.
- Experience working with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related communication difficulties.
- Strong clinical report-writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Autism assessments for children and young people using ADOS and ADI-R, alongside other standardised tools.
- Provide detailed diagnostic reports and clinical formulations to inform recommendations for families, schools, and referring professionals.
- Work collaboratively with psychologists, paediatricians, occupational therapists, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary assessment pathway.
- Deliver tailored speech and language therapy interventions to support communication, interaction, and social development in children with Autism and related needs.
