• Developing and executing the company's financial strategy to support long-term growth and profitability.
• Overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Leading fundraising efforts, including managing relationships with venture capitalists, investment banks, and other financial institutions.
• Developing and implementing robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Providing strategic financial guidance and analysis to the CEO and the board of directors.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role (e.g., CFO, VP of Finance).
• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, M&A, and scaling businesses, preferably in the tech/startup environment.
• Expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and capital markets.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and manage effective remote teams.
• Strategic mindset with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience working with board members and external investors.
