We're Hiring: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Are you a high performing commercial leader with passion and drive to grow and scale business's and build winning teams?

We're looking for a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating functions within the organisation. Owning sales, marketing, customer success, and business development as well as shaping the commercial structure, scaling high performance teams, and building a predictable and sustainable revenue model that supports ambitious growth. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to be in a pivotal role shaping the future of Infoshare+ Ltd.

We are a newly formed and rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business for the Public Sector with ambitious plans for expansion through strategic acquisitions and organic growth. Backed by experienced investors and a visionary leadership team, we are building a scalable, high-performance organisation at the forefront of cloud-based solutions. To support this next phase of growth we need a proactive, ambitious and commercially hands on CRO to play a key role in shaping our future growth journey.

The The CRO will drive growth by aligning these functions with the company's strategic goals, ensuring consistent revenue performance, and identifying new opportunities for expansion. Working closely with the COO, Exec chair and Board, while acting as a key voice on the Senior Leadership team and across external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with company objectives through ownership of the full go-to-market strategy, including value proposition, marketing, sales, and pricing.
  • Lead and integrate sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximise revenue growth.
  • Set and monitor revenue targets, KPIs, and forecasting models.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Implement scalable processes and systems to support growth.
  • Report regularly to the COO, Exec Chair and Board on revenue performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing teams.
  • Maintain excellent customer retention through high-quality account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Operates effectively as a "player-manager", balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in critical risk activities.
  • Leads by example, directly engaging in high-impact risk assessments, regulatory interactions, and crisis response when needed.
  • Builds and mentors a high-performing risk team while remaining close to the detail, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrates agility in shifting between board-level advisory and operational delivery, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
