We are currently looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This role requires a Level 3 childcare qualification, and we offer up to 40 hours per week, with an annual salary of  £7,476.80.

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Working either 4 days per week (36 hours) or 5 days per week (40 Hours)

Salary: £27,060.80 + £50 joing bonus + 00 Qualification Bonus:  We value the dedication and expertise of our Level 3 Practitioners. Our beautiful home from home nursery, rated Good by Ofsted (March 2024), offers a comforting, warm and inviting environment providing quality childcare for children from birth to 5 years. As a Nursery Practitioner, your role involves delivering exceptional care and education to children, ensuring they are in a nurturing and secure environment. You will play a vital role in fostering their development and well-being, while also maintaining clear and effective communication with both parents and colleagues. You will offer exceptional care and education to children, creating a fun and nurturing setting that inspires the children around you. We create a joyful and caring environment that encourages children to learn and grow. One day they might imagine being a pirate, and the next day, they could be a mermaid. Every day is a new adventure.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children

- Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children

- Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met

- Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development

- Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands on approach to your own professional learning and development

- To be fun, caring and friendly
