Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + 10% bonus
Location & Setup: Flexible - 2 days onsite or potentially remote with site travel as required (to be discussed)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
We're looking for a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead strategy and delivery across chocolate and core ingredients (seasonings, inclusions, starches, sugars).
This is a role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on category management . You'll set direction, build sourcing strategies, and influence senior stakeholders - but equally, you'll stay close to the day-to-day: supplier negotiations, contracts, reporting, and making sure the detail underpins the bigger picture.

Managing supplier relationships - balancing cost, quality, innovation, and risk.
Owning category budgets while overseeing contracts, admin, and reporting.
Coaching and managing a team, driving development and accountability.
Partnering with R&D, Sales, and Operations to align commercial goals.
Monitoring market trends and ensuring sourcing plans stay competitive and resilient.
What We're Looking For
Great procurement experience within food , with clear evidence of what you've bought and delivered .
Ability to balance strategic influence with hands-on execution.
Commercially sharp, confident, and authoritative - but collaborative with stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
Why Join?
This is a chance to take real ownership of strategically important categories in a business that values procurement as a driver of growth. You'll gain visibility across the organisation, lead a capable team, and work in a culture that's ambitious, flexible, and commercially focused.
