We have an exciting opportunity for a senior finance professional to join us as our Manufacturing Cluster Controller, based at the home of Cadbury in Bournville.
As Finance Lead across all three chocolate manufacturing sites in the UK (Bournville plus our feedstock sites Chirk & Marlbrook), this is a fantastic chance to partner our plant leadership team as we build a best-in class manufacturing environment.
You will:
+ Dual role as key financial business partner for Cluster Operations Director and member of cluster/plant leadership teams as well as part of the wider UK finance leadership team, providing critical financial data and insights to enable directors and wider business perspectives for strategy and decisions.
+ Lead all aspects of site finance planning and performance management. Build and track against robust budgets for major forecast cycles. Provide clear insights into variances vs budget and drive mitigation plans with business partners where required.
+ Foster a strong cost control culture and drive accountability across the plants & operational stakeholders through governance and controls.
+ Be a key player with the plant leadership team, in developing the longer term strategic roadmap for the sites.
+ Shape and deliver a strong controls and compliance environment. Ensure that policies are understood, and that processes, governance and compliance are in place.
+ Drive efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the team.
+ Build and role model a high-performing Finance team, driving our Finance talent agenda developing direct and indirect reports of Plant Controllers and wider section controlling team.

+ Multi-site financial management with evidence of successfully delivering in cost controlling environment
