We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to join a leading global insurer’s Property Claims team. This role, based in Manchester office, offers the chance to work on complex, high-value claims for both UK and international clients. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of property claims management in the UK while making a real impact on a growing and dynamic team.
About the Role:
As a Senior Claims Adjuster, you will take ownership of a caseload of large and/or complex claims, ensuring timely, accurate, and fair resolution. You will manage both primary and excess layers of coverage, dealing with complex international matters and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to deliver seamless service to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and taking responsibility for large, complex, or lead claims, with a focus on international coverage matters.
- Overseeing outsourced services and ensuring accurate financial reporting and claims records.
- Acting as the key contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across all parties.
- Representing the company in market meetings, seminars, and internal claims discussions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with service providers, including TPAs, panel lawyers, and adjusters.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, ideally with multi-jurisdictional claims handling experience, and a solid understanding of London Market processes. You will have a proven ability to manage complex claims and mentor junior team members while maintaining high ethical standards in all your work.

- Extensive experience in handling complex, multi-jurisdictional property claims (primary and excess layers).
- Proven leadership in guiding and developing teams.
- Strong knowledge of London Market processes and procedures.
