Location: Milton Keynes, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: 30,000 per annum (16 per hour)
Type: Full-time, Temporary
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (3 days in the office, 2 days remote - equipment provided)
About the Client
We're working with a dynamic Milton Keynes-based company seeking a proactive and personable Lead Generation Agent to support their client engagement and data management efforts.
What You'll Do
As a Lead Generation Agent, you'll be reaching out to existing clients who already use the company's products , introducing them to a new offering , and ensuring all interactions are accurately recorded.
- Call existing clients to discuss and promote a new product
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM system
- Cleanse and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in a sales role (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude

They are looking for a proactive, organised and driven Campaign Manager to join their busy team. This role will involve understanding your clients target markets and contacting potential customers to introduce a service and gain insight into their needs generating leads for the business.
In this role you will be –
- Making outbound calls to create data of potential customers and clients to understand their needs, open up opportunities of working together and generating leads
- Weekly email marketing mail shots, compiling these in line with clients needs
- Calling clients to update them on weekly progress, maintaining stats and figures
- General adhoc administrative tasks and maintain data systems
Required skills and experience –
- Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound phone based work would be desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and via written correspondence is essential
- Driven, motivated character who is incentivised by targets and good commission structure
- Good computer skills
Working hours
- Mon – Thu: 08:30 – 17:30, Fri: 08:30 – 15:00 (40 hours per week)
