Due to our clients continual success in the booming wellbeing industry they are looking for a self-confident, proactive and forward thinking Sales Development Representative to join their extremely successful sales team, working with clients in the London area.

About the rewards

There is a basic salary on offer of up to £30,000 per annum and commission giving an OTE of £80,000 for top performers. However, commission accelerators are available and commission is uncapped. Here are the benefits:

What You Will Be Doing
The role of Sales Development Representative is a fast paced one, with huge variety and some of the activities include:

  • Talking to clients. This is an office based role where you will spend most of your day talking to clients on the phone and communicating with them via video call and email.
  • Building relationships. You will need to build relationships with clients and with colleagues to be truly successful.
  • Deal with incoming enquiries. Most of this role will be dealing with incoming enquiries from the company website, your colleagues and customers.
  • Offering solutions that work. To position the best products you’ll need to get to know your clients by thorough questioning. This high level of information will enable you to build a solution from their portfolio to genuinely impact on their lives.

  • Sales experience. You will receive excellent induction training over several weeks, but if you have a background in sales this be an advantage.
  • Proven winner .You must be used to sales targets and KPIs. The company is looking for people who are target driven and can demonstrate exceeding them.
  • Desire to learn. You’ll learn about sales and how to be incredibly successful, whilst making a real difference to your customers.
  • You are organised. This is a fast paced role with a mix of proactive and reactive activities and the requirement to be a self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  • You bring energy into the room. Our client is looking for lively, hungry, ambitious, team players.
  • You are hardworking and passionate about the product, will work hard to achieve challenging targets and in return, the rewards are great.
  • You are emotionally intelligent . You must have the ability to learn a portfolio of complicated products and be able to describe them to clients. Position Overview


The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment strategies and processes to attract and hire top talent for our programs. This role requires a dynamic individual who can build strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, client management, and team leadership.



Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding talent acquisition matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and metrics.


Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to client requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and achievement of recruitment goals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.


Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Implement innovative recruitment technologies and tools.


Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to clients and senior management.


Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recruitment services to clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the recruitment process.


Delivering on Objectives:

  • Set clear recruitment objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
  • Monitor and track the achievement of recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Implement strategies to meet or exceed client expectations and deliver on agreed-upon objectives.


Accountability:

  • Take ownership and accountability for the overall success of the talent acquisition function.
  • Hold team members accountable for their performance and deliverables.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability in all recruitment activities and decisions.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a recruitment team.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
