  • Experience advising private clients (HNW/UHNW) in estate planning, succession planning, or inheritance tax - either in a legal capacity or tax advisory role
  • Strong technical knowledge combined with commercial awareness and the ability to communicate effectively with non-legal stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in wealth management and financial planning.
  • An understanding of markets regulation outside of the UK is a plus - with experience of cross-border regulations for EU or US citizens particularly advantageous

  • Achieve and exceed asset, revenue and margin targets with the balance of affordability, cost discipline and risk & control management
  • Developing and executing the strategy and driving consistent, high quality delivery. The RM is the implementer of change through client needs analysis, business prioritization, and resource management
  • Actively drive own Business Plan revenue and asset gathering through effective sales management.
  • Actively support the acquisition, servicing, development and retention of clients to achieve the business plan
  • Take ownership for the monitoring of own risk asset portfolio
  • Lead by example meeting all governance standards

Skills/Knowledge Required:

The Role This is a great opportunity for an experienced Fees Analyst to play a key role within the Wealth Management business to ensure Wealth & Financial Advisers are paid accurately and on time by executing monthly adviser pay-run. The Fees Analyst will process remuneration models, reconciling income data, and producing detailed adviser remuneration reports using systems such as X-plan and CommPay.
