The Opportunity

Job Purpose

Prospecting

- Respond to and follow up on inbound inquiries (which historically provide the majority of prospects).

About You
We're seeking a motivated, commercially minded property professional who's ready to step up into a higher-earning, leadership-focused position.
You will have:
- Minimum 3 years' estate agency experience (valuations and listings experience preferred)
- A proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the Welwyn Garden City and surrounding property markets
- Ambition and drive to grow into a self-employed Partner role (if desired)
- A full UK driving licence and own vehicle

What You'll Do
Lead the charge in identifying and closing global deals with iGaming operators, media agencies, and affiliate networks
Be the trusted face of Lift DSP, delivering compelling demos and tailored proposals that speak to each client's goals
Manage a healthy pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently exceed your sales targets
Collaborate closely with Product and Client Success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Represent Lift at major international conferences and industry events, building our presence and your profile
Feed insights from clients and the market back into our product and marketing strategy
What You Bring
Proven B2B sales experience in
iGaming, AdTech, MarTech, or digital media
A strong understanding of

Experience managing complex, long sales cycles and engaging C-level stakeholders
