Your Mission With Us
As a Garment Tech with Women’s Best sportswear team it is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a product development team within women’s sportswear, cut & sew and seamless. You will have the ability to think both creatively and logically, able to process information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail from a range of sources. You’ll be a great communicator, who takes a collaborative approach - focusing on building strong relationships. You will be brilliantly organised and good with measurements, numbers and data.
Your Main Tasks
- Ensuring measurements systems and grading rules are kept consistent and reflective of our core customer.
- Helping to develop and maintain core block libraries across fabrics and shapes and providing useful specs to design teams for their tech packs.
- Conducting fitting sessions for new products in development on a 2-3 time per week basis.
- Assisting the product team in elevating the fit and finish of our companies garments.
- Providing post fit technical notes to our factories and the wider product team.
- Supporting the factories & buying team on any technical construction queries, including problem-solving mass production issues.
- Conducting returns analysis fit sessions with supporting commentary to factories, marketing and warehouse teams to help drive down returns.
YOUR PROFILE:
- A technically-oriented qualification, preferably at degree level.
- The ability to manage technical specifications and blocks for both seamless and cut and sew gym wear is a necessity to qualify for an Interview.
- Ideally 3+ years experience within ladies gym wear / active wear, including seamless garments and shapewear
- Multi-product experience; able to move between product areas with assurance.
- Experience of working directly with factories, and thorough understanding of factory production, including workflow, production control, machinery, and equipment.
- Pattern-cutting knowledge and practice are very desirable, knowledge of grading and grade rules. Thorough understanding of garment construction, fabric technology & testing.
- Proactive and committed to meeting new challenges with a positive attitude.
- Strong time-management skills; able to prioritise tasks & change direction with agility.
- First-class communication skills: experience of working with different cultures and the challenges this can bring.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, as the role requires.
- Confident using Outlook, Excel, Word - keen to expand skill-set as the role demands.

The Team Clothing & Apparel Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of clothing, footwear, technical race apparel, and luggage requirements for The Cadillac Formula 1® Team. This role ensures that team members are equipped with the correct, high-quality, and compliant apparel both at the factory and trackside, while maintaining a highly organized system for stock management, ordering, distribution, and logistics.
- Oversee allocation, distribution, and recordkeeping of team clothing, footwear, and travel kits
- Manage sizing, fitting, replenishment, and rotation of garments to ensure comfort, safety, and compliance
- Coordinate and maintain inventory of team apparel (suits, boots, gloves, underwear, protective items) and support items
- Handle allocation and upkeep of pit stop apparel and safety equipment
- Manage laundry, cleaning, and post-session/race weekend garment care
- Coordinate provision, labeling, and preparation of luggage, freight, and international travel requirements
- Maintain stock control, ensuring adequate inventory for events and contingencies
- Liaise with suppliers for ordering, custom requirements, packing, shipping, and global distribution

What do you need to bring to the team?
- Previous experience in apparel coordination, sports team kit management, or a similar operational logistics role (motorsport experience desirable)
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure
- Knowledge of technical clothing requirements (fireproof apparel, FIA standards, etc.) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with drivers, mechanics, engineers, and suppliers
- Proficiency in inventory/stock management systems
- Willingness to travel extensively with the team throughout the race calendar

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for people in their most critical moments, you will calmly and quickly be directing them to the right emergency service.
