This is a key role where you'll own the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and research to final delivery and quality control. You will be responsible for creating a growth-focused product strategy by analysing current offerings, identifying market opportunities, and leading new product development and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a growth-oriented product strategy for your range, including a thorough review of the current product portfolio, pricing, and market positioning.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process. This includes gap analysis, creating technical specifications, managing sampling, and overseeing production.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to promote the technical features and branding of your products. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely shipments and manage excess inventory effectively. Partner with Procurement to improve costs and optimise sourcing strategies.
Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyse the performance of your brand, range, and specific products to identify areas for improvement and future growth.
Compliance & Quality: Stay informed of legislative changes to ensure all products are fully compliant. Maintain high standards for quality throughout the development process.
