You are a talented technologist with a proven track record of engineering leadership, a deep expertise in public cloud, and a passion for engineering best practices. You have:
- Cloud Expertise: A deep understanding of public cloud services adoption at scale. Expert-level understanding of AWS/GCP native infrastructure services across:
 - Landing Zones & Projects/Accounts - AWS Control Tower, GCP Resource Manager, etc.
 - Network - AWS Transit Gateway, GCP Shared VPC, AWS Route53, GCP Cloud DNS, etc.
 - Observability - AWS OpenSearch, GCP Monitoring/Traces, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
 - Automation Prowess: Hands-on experience with modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation tools and frameworks (Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.).
 - Software Development Acumen: A software development background is highly desirable, specifically architecting or developing microservices using Java/Spring Boot to automate infrastructure deployment.
 - Agile and DevOps Mindset: Familiarity with Agile Development, DevOps, and SRE practices.
 - Strategic Thinking: Experience evaluating complex requirements and rationalizing them into a consistent service offering.

Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) platforms to support a large-scale digital transformation programme in the aviation sector.
Duration: 6 months (with high extension potential)
Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of Azure-based infrastructure supporting a new D365 + CCaaS platform.
 - Define technical requirements for Azure compute, network, and integration layers.
 - Liaise with multiple vendors and internal teams across Azure, AWS, and DevOps environments.
 - Design and deploy environments using Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps pipelines.
 - Support secure integrations between Azure and AWS , focusing on authentication and data flows.
 - Oversee environment setup across Dev/Test/Prod , including observability tooling and dashboards.
 - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
 - Strong hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure (PaaS, IaaS, Networking, Identity) .
 - Experience with Microsoft D365 and CCaaS implementations.
 - Familiarity with SAML/OIDC , REST APIs , and cloud authentication standards.
 - Proven experience designing integrations between Azure and AWS environments .
 - Strong working knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (pipelines, IaC).
 - Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
 - Leadership and communication skills essential.
 
- Proven hands-on experience in Azure Infrastructure (PaaS, IaaS, Networking, Identity).
