Monitor through external examiner sampling and visit activities, centres' compliance with Pearson quality assurance expectations for RQF BTEC Higher National programmes
Support centres during the sampling process
Support centres in the delivery of BTEC Higher National programmes to national standards.

Your Role
Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform GCP in London, UK to join our engineering team supporting strategic initiatives including those in the financial services domain Experience with blockchain technologies is a plus but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities :
- Design implement and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on GCP
- Build and maintain CICD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or Cloud Build
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform Ansible or similar IaC tools
- Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes GKE and Docker
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability using tools like Prometheus Grafana or Stackdrive
- Collaborate with development operations and security teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines
- Participate in incident response root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Document infrastructure and deployment processes
Your Profile
- 3 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles
- Strong handson experience with Google Cloud Platform GCP
- Proficiency in Terraform Ansible or similar IaC tool
- Experience with Kubernetes Docker and container orchestration
- Familiarity with CICD tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or Cloud Build
- Solid understanding of cloud networking security best practices and DevSecOps principles
- Scripting skills in Python Bash or similar languages
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to blockchain platforms eg Hyperledger Besu Ethereum
- Experience with multicloud or hybrid cloud strategies
- Familiarity with DORA metrics AIOps or MLOps practices
- Certifications such as Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer CKA or DevOps Leader"

**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.

+ Experience in Generative AI as a user or a developer.

**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience in systems design, with the ability to architect and explain data pipelines, Machine Learning (ML) pipelines, and ML training and serving approaches.
+ Experience with full-stack ML engineering to seamlessly combine retrieval-based knowledge and generative text generation to implement and optimize RAG models using first-party and OSS models.
+ Experience with implementing search concepts, such as indexing, scoring, relevancy, faceting, and query rewriting and expansion.
+ Experience with semantic search frameworks and tools/databases such as LangChain, Faiss, and Pinecone.
+ Understanding of nearest neighbor search concepts.

As a Generative AI Field Solutions Architect, you will support Google Cloud Sales and Engineering teams to incubate, pilot, and deploy Google Cloud's AI/ML and Generative AI technology with AI native customers, large enterprises, and early-stage AI startups. You will help customers innovate faster with solutions using Google Cloud's flexible and open infrastructure including AI Accelerators (TPU/GPU).
In this role, you will identify, assess, and develop GenAI and AI/ML applications by applying key industry tools, techniques, and methodologies to solve problems. **Responsibilities**
+ Advise our customers by understanding the customer's business process and objectives. Architect AI-drive, spanning Data, AI, and Infrastructure, and work with peers to include the full cloud stack into overall architecture.
+ Work with customers, demonstrate features, tune models, optimize model performance, profiling, and bench marking. Troubleshoot and find solutions to issues training/serving models in a large scale environment.
+ Build repeatable technical assets such as scripts, templates, reference architectures to enable other customers and internal teams. Work cross-functionally to influence Google Cloud strategy and product direction at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for enterprise customer requirements.
+ Coordinate regional field enablement with leadership and work with product and partner organizations on external enablement activities.
+ Travel as needed.
