Responsibilities:

Lead the Development of Cloud Migration Strategies: As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive migration plans tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives. These strategies will encompass various hybrid cloud platforms and will be designed to optimize business outcomes post-migration.

Collaborate with Clients for Component Mapping: Work closely with clients to meticulously map their current system components and functionalities onto Amazon Web Services (AWS) specific services. This will involve detailed discussions and a deep understanding of both the client's existing infrastructure and AWS capabilities.

Mentor Junior Consultants: Provide guidance, share knowledge, and support the professional development of junior consultants on your team. This includes conducting code reviews, offering technical advice, and facilitating learning opportunities to enhance their skills in cloud migration.

* Profound comprehension of the Garage Method for cloud migration, with practical application in past projects. This encompasses a structured, iterative approach to delivering cloud-based solutions.
* Thorough knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including its suite of offerings, best practices, cost implications, and potential limitations. A strong grasp of hybrid cloud environments is particularly valuable.
* Verifiable track record of leading cross-functional teams and effectively managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
