We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant / Lead with strong stakeholder management and proven expertise in implementing Oracle’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions for UK Public Sector clients . The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge across Talent and Learn modules , hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to lead discussions across functional, technical, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud implementations for UK Public Sector clients, with a focus on Talent and Learn modules .
- Participate in and lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions , prepare training content, and deliver technical training sessions.
- Design and build security roles – including job roles, data roles , and security profiles – aligned with business requirements.
- Manage the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) , from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Drive Redwood UX enablement , leveraging Redwood tools to enhance user experience.
- Lead integration discussions , data migration activities , and reporting for HCM modules.
- Identify and proactively mitigate technical, functional, and security risks .
- Prepare and maintain status reports (RAG) , highlight risks and mitigations, and manage RAID logs .
- Communicate complex technology solutions clearly to technical, business, and management teams .
- Work effectively within Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery frameworks in a global delivery environment .
- Manage and mentor team members (team size of 6+ is a plus).
Required Skills & Experience
