What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and deliver scalable leadership development programmes, incorporating workshops, coaching, and peer learning to build management capability across the organisation
  • Create and maintain a centralised, self-serve resource hub - including toolkits, guides, and playbooks, ensuring a consistent and engaging tone of voice throughout
  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners and Internal Communications to embed learning into team culture and drive adoption across the wider business
  • Continuously evaluate programme impact and adapt content and delivery using agile methodologies to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and maximise effectiveness


Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • Proven track record of building management capability in fast-paced, commercial environments, with hands-on experience designing and implementing leadership development programmes
  • Skilled in creating and delivering scalable learning solutions, including the facilitation of workshops and coaching sessions
  • Strong experience leading L&D initiatives targeted at management-level employees, driving measurable impact and engagement
  • Confident in using Microsoft tools (e.g. SharePoint, Viva Learning) and digital learning platforms, with the ability to curate, manage, and maintain high-quality self-serve learning content
  • Driven and ambitious, with a growth mindset and a strong desire to develop and progress within a dynamic organisation

Partner with OUs to drive program adoption and ultimately generate a significant business impact
Pro-actively identify opportunities for improvements and integrate into existing and new programs
Identify key talents within Medtronic and create a network of champions/ambassadors with success stories
Drive the adoption of selected innovative tools that support our audiences before, during and after their training



**Required Knowledge and Experience:**


Degree in Business, Healthcare or Engineering sciences (MSc / MBA preferred)
Sales, Marketing and/or Sales Management experience with proven track record (+5 years)
Fluent in English and German (written/spoken)
Training certification in areas such as sales skills, coaching, sales management, marketing
Strong live/virtual presentation skills gained by delivering trainings/programs/events
Worked in an international environment, with a matrix org chart and remote teams (+5 year)
Ability to promote a respectful and positive work culture where team comes before self
