The Role;
You will be supervising a small team of CNC machinists and apprentices, ensuring parts are being machined correctly and to the highest of standards. You will be carrying out offline programming, assisting on the shopfloor and even machining some complex parts yourself! This is a hybrid role between being at your desk programming, organising work onto the machines and being down with the team producing the parts.
