We are recruiting for a CNC Machinist to work for our client who are based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
THE DUTIES OF A CNC MACHINIST:
- Set and operate CNC Milling and Turning machines. li>Read technical drawings
- Running machines on Fanuc controls
- Work with various materials
- Inspection of parts using measuring equipment
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
- Fanuc controls knowledge preferred but not essential
- Multi axis / spindle knowledge li>Excellent communication skills
- CNC Miller trained.
THE HOURS:
hours are 37.5 (inclusive of paid breaks), rotating shifts as follows:
- Monday – Thursday 06.00 – 14.00 (earlies) / 13.45 – 10.00 (lates)
- Frid ys – 06.00 – 11.30 (earlies) / 11.15 – 15.45 (lates)
THE PAY:
You will earn an annual salary of up to £32k if qualified/ competent / plus a 17.22% shift allowance

Our client, an aerospace component manufacturer based in Basildon are looking to hire a CNC Machinist who can set and operate CNC Turning machinery.
The role is paying up to 36,159 per annum. Overtime is x1.5 your hourly rate.
The hours for the role are Monday to Thursday 7am till 4pm and Friday 7.30am to 12.30pm. This is a 39 hour week.
CNC Machinist duties:-
