Hours/Shift Pattern

• Rotating shifts between 8am and 6pm, with 5pm finish on a Friday
• If you opt for a 30 min lunch you would start 30 mins later unless on an early shift

Our client are a leading Debt Collection Agency and they're looking to expand their call centre team!They're looking for someone who has experience working within a busy call centre taking around 100 call per day.This role will see you speaking with an array of customers, both commercial and residential, about the debt that's held with their utility company and your main goal is to satisfy as much debt as possible.You'll be speaking with vulnerable customers quite often so you'll need to have excellent negotiation skills and have the ability to show empathy.

You must have at least 12-18 months working in a busy call centre, no unspent criminal convictions and no CCJ's or IVA's.

These are positions are based in their Glasgow City Centre office and are offering an immediate start. With a rotational shift pattern operating between Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm and Saturday: 9am - 4pm so a degree of flexibility is required.

The salary for this starts at 25K and rises to 26,500 after 2 years whilst offering the opportunity of earning up to 250 commission each month and a host of incentives such as regular prize draws and holiday giveaways.

• Collect refuse including bulk items from housing estates
• Empty recycling bins without causing obstruction in line with expectations.
• Collect garden, other bagged waste, bulky items;assist with skip collectionsand provision of liners as required
• Report any accidents, faults or repair needs promptly.
