  • Designing and developing comprehensive curricula for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, aligning with institutional goals and accreditation standards.

  • Applying principles of adult learning theory and instructional design to create effective and engaging learning experiences, both online and blended formats.

Strong knowledge of accreditation standards (e.g., QAA, TEF) and higher education policies is crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse academic stakeholders, are necessary. Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas is expected. Familiarity with educational technologies and online learning platforms is a significant advantage. A strong understanding of research methodologies in education is beneficial.
