THE COMPANY: A great opportunity for a clinical or medical sales candidate to sell market leading wound care products in just Essex and Suffolk. Working a well serviced and buoyant area you will represent a well-established, privately owned manufacturer who continue to succeed and grow. They provide a premium quality range of advanced wound care dressings, bandaging and compression products for use in both hospital and community settings with an enviable brand and product reputation. This area is delivering a good base of sales and formulary status is good, but with the right energy and dedication it has some fantastic opportunity for a passionate, high performing sales person. THE ROLE: The successful Territory Manager will ideally come from a medical or healthcare background with a strong focus on account management , but candidates from a consultative B2B sales background or clinicians with some commercial experience should also apply. The role involves selling premium quality woundcare products based upon clinical features and benefits. Working with a wider team to open business opportunities and influence formularies within the Essex and Suffolk region. You will be well trained on products and NHS sales process if not from a medical background. The Territory Manager will be focused on selling and leading clinical education sessions with nurses, and woundcare leads across the dressings and bandages portfolio. They will be well supported by a Healthcare Partnership manager and their Sales Manager around senior conversations if needed. Healthy formulary and NICE guidance status on patch means there is lots of sales potential. Typical customer contact will be with Tissue Viability Nurses, District Nurses and Community Pharmacists and Medicines Management teams.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Medical Device QMS Audit Manager to lead and oversee the training, qualification, and compliance processes for QMS Auditors involved in our medical device conformity assessments. This non-clinical role plays a vital part in ensuring the competence of technical personnel and the continued regulatory compliance of SGS Notified Body 1639.

Your Mission

As Technical Team Manager, you will:

  • Lead the development and delivery of training and qualification frameworks for technical staff (excluding clinical).
  • Establish and maintain competence criteria, monitor qualification status, and approve audit and assessment activities.
  • Provide expert technical guidance across the entire conformity assessment process and contribute to the development of QMS documentation aligned with EU regulations and best practices.
  • Support operational, technical, and strategic initiatives to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of SGS medical device services.
  • Work closely with the Medical Devices Management Team to stay abreast of regulatory changes and align internal processes accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage training programs for QMS Auditors, globally.
  • Approve Level 1 audits and witness audits for auditor qualification and requalification.
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and approval of new personnel.
  • Develop and maintain QMS documentation aligned with MDR, IVDR, NBOG, and MDCG guidance.
  • Ensure competence, compliance, and operational efficiency across assessment teams.
  • Provide technical support across SGS NB 1639 activities and contribute to business development

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in medicine, pharmacy, engineering, or related scientific field.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in the medical device industry, including at least 5 years in R&D or manufacturing roles.
    • Minimum 4 years working within a Notified Body.
    • Minimum 2 years leadership experience
    • Prior qualification as a Lead Auditor under MDR and/or IVDR.
    • Strong background in QMS auditing, technical file assessment, and applicable standards (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, etc.).
  • Skills:
    • Deep technical knowledge of non-clinical aspects of medical device conformity assessment.
    • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training.
    • Strong understanding of EU regulatory frameworks and best practice guidance.
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills

Sinapi Biomedical was founded to provide medical devices with clinical benefit. Sinapi specialises in chest drainage devices used after cardiac and thoracic surgery.


Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a Medical Sales Representative specialising in medical devices in the UK. You will be responsible for selling, promoting and training healthcare workers on Sinapi Biomedical’s products, establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, providing product demonstrations, and offering customer support. Additionally, tasks include managing sales pipelines, identifying market opportunities, and staying informed about industry trends and competitors. You will also travel accross the UK to support market entry, tranining and sales.


Requirements

  • Must be legally allowed to work in the UK (Please do not apply if you do not meet this)
  • Experience in Medical Sales (1-2 years +)
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy fields
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in the medical device, surgical, or ICU sector is a plus
