Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership, guidance, and development of our Sales Enablement Executives, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, training, and direction needed to deliver against business objectives
- Develop and maintain a suite of high-impact sales materials that win new revenue and support client retention across a wide range of clients—from high street retailers to national brands and global companies

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Proven experience creating commercially focused sales content (proposals, decks, post-campaign reports)— ideally in media, publishing, or agency environments
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Gamma (or similar visual storytelling tools)
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability—able to craft persuasive narratives from strategy and data
- Confident in using insights to shape and refine content
- Understanding of multi-platform campaigns (print, digital, radio and events) and how to present them as part of a cohesive sales story
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
