- A minimum of a 2.1 scientific or technical undergraduate degree. A second degree, e.g. MBA, MSc, MPharm or PhD is an advantage, but not necessary
- Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry either through working in the industry or previous consulting experience (1 – 3 years)
- Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent professional communication skills (oral, interpersonal, and written)
- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to highest quality outputs
- Passion, pro-activity and commitment to professional service
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Preferred : Experience with business transformation, systems implementation, and/or product management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Preferred : Understanding of and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems e.g. Veeva CRM, Salesforce

- Build and maintain BI dashboards for visibility across sales, finance, and operations
What We Are Looking For
