**What you get to do in this role:**
+ Schedule appointments, plan meetings, and maintain complex and changing calendars, while working through scheduling roadblocks - including proactive diary management and ownership of logistics.
+ Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including customer-facing engagements, while executing seamlessly across time zones and short-notice changes.
+ Arrange all travel to ensure consistency within company procedures, including overseas multi-destination trips, often at short notice, while supporting the organization in obtaining necessary travel documents such as Visa/passports.
+ Maintain and reconcile Leadership expenses and credit cards in compliance with policy, including detailed attention to Concur processes.
+ Draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondence including emails, presentations and reports. Review outgoing correspondence for accuracy, format consistency, signatures and conformance with executive procedures.
+ Provide planning and logistical support with a high degree of autonomy and freedom, ensuring all aspects of executive support run smoothly.
+ Optimize usage of leadership time by making decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities.
+ Act as a team player and peer mentor - someone who can be a buddy, bring experience, and help others grow.
**To be successful in this role you have:**
+ 10+ years of experience supporting VP level executives, ideally in a global environment, with a proven track record of managing complex and shifting priorities.
+ Demonstrated experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
+ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage a variety of high-priority projects across multiple management and professional levels.
+ A proactive mindset with strong forward-planning capabilities and a self-starter approach to problem-solving and execution.
+ A professional demeanor, strong soft skills, and the ability to build trust.
+ A positive, personable, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
+ Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Box, Concur, and Google Docs.

About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) , you will provide tailored support to pupils with communication difficulties, including non-verbal learners.
