The Technical Training Delivery Manager for Wastewater owns the framework of technical training programmes that are targeted at improving the required skills and capabilities of operational teams. They are responsible for ensuring that the design, development and delivery of training solutions are fit for purpose by managing a team of Technical Trainers working across all Wastewater Operational area.
Leading the Technical Training Delivery team includes the development and effective management of workforce competence assessments aligned with the capability reward framework. Manage partnerships with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure high-quality training provision, robust planning and ongoing evaluation.
This role requires a strong people manager and effective communicator with a desire to provide engaging training solutions for all Wastewater colleagues, and who can collaboratively and efficiently deliver improvement projects.

**The Role:**
Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) is a subsidiary of the Boeing Company and currently employs over 1,500 people in the UK. BDUK is responsible for delivering several exciting contracts to our UK defence customers including many training services. As the company grows we have a need to expand our current Training Capability in the Fixed Wing domain. This is an exciting time to join a growing team of training experts.
This post is for a P-8 Mechanical Maintenance Instructor reporting to the BDUK P-8 Training Delivery Manager. The role will be as a Mechanical Maintenance Instructor on a day to day basis for a team of maintenance instructors, under a lead instructor to deliver engineering training to our MoD customer in all P-8 engineering disciplines. These duties will include the following: P-8 Mechanical Q Courses, Engineering Manager Courses and Engine Ground Run Courses (both initial and refresh). Alongside these duties this individual will also be required to work with the imbedded Course Design Team to support production of fit for purpose courseware to the customer. They will also directly interface with the on-site leadership team to ensure they are operating efficiently and providing exemplary support to the P-8 programme.
The P-8A Mechanical Maintenance Training Instructor is based at the P-8A Training Facility at RAF Lossiemouth.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the delivery and evaluation of technical training through a maintenance team of instructors to RAF P-8A Technicians.
+ Conducts support to engineering course design and maintenance including provision of generic engineering training advice on course content and objectives.
+ Student mentoring including - Lesson preparation, Instruction, delivering the content of LSPECs and ASPECs and Post lesson activities
+ Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness. Uses specialised software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.
+ Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
+ Ensures accuracy and quality of training products to include:
+ Provides training services that meet the highest technical and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and processes and embraces first-time quality as a way of life - not accepting, creating or passing any defects and speaking up
+ Identifying and correcting conditions and behaviors that affect employee, public, and customer safety; upholding safety standards; demonstrating proactive safety culture leadership.
+ Discovers new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking. Tries different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.
**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience:**
+ Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
+ Experienced aircraft engineer with at least 2 years' experience of RAF engineering instruction on multi-engine aircraft
+ Previous experience as P-8 Poseidon Maintenance Instructor desirable but not essential.
+ Previous experience as P-8 Poseidon Engine Ground Instructor desirable but not essential.
+ Successfully completed Defence () Training Certificate Level 3 or equivalent
+ Knowledge of various engineering disciplines such as avionics, mechanical, and aircraft systems.
+ The ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas, cultures and functions.
+ IT proficient specifically Microsoft Office applications
+ Skill and ability to: collect, organise and analyze data; summarise findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

CX Compliance Operations is responsible for delivering high quality Transaction Monitoring (TMS) investigations, Enhanced Due Diligence review, Screening cases and Complaints Investigations, which is a critical component of Coinbase's financial crimes & regulatory compliance programme aimed at deterring illicit activity on our platform, protecting against exploitation by criminals, complying fully with our legal and regulatory obligations, and ensuring effective outcomes for our customers.
As a Senior Training Delivery Manger, you lead a team of Coinbase trainers that provide New to Queue (onboarding), and Existing to Queue (cross-skilling) training to drive quality and performance through the Compliance and Complaints Investigations network. You will be the primary point of contact to schedule resources, own training delivery quality, and advise cross functional teams on the impact of change on the Analysts investigations requirements, and case outcomes to deliver effective, targeted support readiness training to help investigations keep pace with regulatory and technology change. You will partner closely with various cross-functional partners such as Workforce Management, Vendor Management, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Quality Assurance. You will be an expert in the field of Compliance and/or Complaints investigations, and have previous experience in leading a large, high impact training team, and delivering training both in person and virtually to a global audience.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about training delivery, compliance, thrives on enabling others, is a clear communicator (written and verbal), and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
*What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):*
* Team Leadership
* Manage, coach and develop a team of Compliance and Complaints trainers
