  • Participate in on-call rotas as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration.
  • Significant post-registration experience, with substantial experience in community nursing or a related field.
  • Evidence of further professional development, such as a degree or relevant post-graduate qualifications (e.g., in District Nursing, Palliative Care, or Chronic Disease Management).
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Excellent clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of current nursing practice, healthcare policies, and relevant legislation.
  • Proficiency in using electronic patient record systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for community visits.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
