Corporate Strategy & Development combines high-level strategic insight with rigorous analysis to drive the BlackRock vision. The team supports senior management in positioning BlackRock to generate robust, long-term growth and shareholder value creation. This involves formulating and executing enterprise-level vision and strategy, facilitating business level initiatives and driving large cross-functional assignments for the firm. They are looking for a friendly and engaging graduate/young professional with excitement for the space to join their lively and down to earth team to help aid in their continued continued growth and success.
We are looking for a individual who has recently graduated and wants to find a friendly, unique and exciting way to enter the world of consulting!
The role will include:
- Delivery-focused work
- Primary and secondary research (interviews and desk research, focused on customer feedback, market and competitor analysis)
- Assisting with writing companywide newsletter.
- Assisting with other daily activities of the business
As part of a small team, you will be a key participant in both the culture and planning for the future of the firm.
Person specification
This role is for a motivated and passionate young professional, who wants to start their career in the advisory space. Experience/knowledge of commercial due diligence, private equity and strategy is strongly preferred but not necessarily required.
