The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Education Market Intelligence Analyst to join our growing research team and lead the development of high-quality salary benchmarking reports and market intelligence across our core regions: the Middle East, Asia (including Singapore), and Southeast Asia.

This role offers the unique opportunity to become a recognised expert in international education compensation trends whilst working with prestigious schools and education groups across multiple markets.


Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive salary research across international schools in the Middle East, Asia (including) Singapore, and Southeast Asia
  • Analyse compensation trends for academic staff, including teaching positions, middle leadership, and senior leadership roles
  • Gather market intelligence through surveys, interviews, and data collection from school partners
  • Monitor regulatory changes affecting international education compensation and benefits
  • Track market movements, including planned new school openings, expansions, and competitor activities
  • Feasibility reports- analysis of regional data from various sources and compose intelligent feasibility reports for the sector


Report Writing & Content Creation

  • The author detailed salary and compensation benchmarking reports for specific markets, school types, and position categories
  • Create executive summaries highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations
  • Develop market trend analyses, identifying emerging patterns and future projections
  • Produce bespoke reports for individual school clients based on their specific requirements
  • Write thought leadership content, including market insights, blog posts, and white papers
  • Deadlines- collaborate with the company MD, deliver to tight deadlines


Client Engagement & Consultation

  • Provide strategic consultation on compensation positioning and talent acquisition strategies

  • Maintain comprehensive databases of compensation and benefits information
  • Ensure data accuracy and validate sources across multiple markets

Required Qualifications

Essential Experience

  • Experience in the education sector research, consulting, or market analysis
  • Knowledge of international school markets in the Middle East, Asia (including Singapore), and Southeast Asia
  • Proven track record in salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, or HR research
  • Strong background in international education, ideally with teaching or school leadership experience


Technical Skills

  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation

• Salary Surveys: Support the data submission process to the main salary survey providers.

• Project Management: Support the Compensation & Benefits team in managing projects, including tracking progress and coordinating tasks.

• Research: Conduct research on compensation trends and benefits packages to support benchmarking efforts.

• Communication: Help draft communications related to compensation and benefits.

• Support: Provide administrative support to the Compensation & Benefits team.

• Compliance: Gain practical understanding of all compensation and benefits practices and the need to comply with relevant laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, PBI).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
