What the role involves:
As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating our compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company vision and objectives. **Your New Role**
The Senior Vice President, Total Rewards serves as the enterprise leader responsible for designing and delivering a forward-looking total rewards strategy that attracts, motivates, and retains world-class talent.
