We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Reporting and Management Information (MI) Specialist to join our Human Resources team. HR Reporting

**Who are we looking for**
KNOWLEDGE& EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience in HR reporting, analytics, or a similar role.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS).
