**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Compensation Strategy & Design** : Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs that support talent attraction and retention.
+ **Benefits Administration** : Partner with the Global Benefits Team to manage health, retirement, and wellness programs, including vendor selection and renewals. Oversee the pension and retirement plans, and serve as the company's representative in interactions with plan Trustees and Brokers.
+ **Market Benchmarking** : Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices across assigned countries.
+ **Compliance & Governance** : Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws and global policy standards.

**Basic Qualifications**
