**Essential requirements**
+ 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or business analysis in an industrial B2B environment
+ Knowledge of research methodologies and statistical analysis

+ Familiarity with web scraping tools and automated monitoring systems

About the Role

I'm looking for a Life Sciences Senior Associate to join my clients UK based team. You’ll research, analyse, and translate complex market dynamics—particularly in pharma and biotech—into powerful insights and client-ready recommendations. This is a high-exposure role with early responsibility, direct interaction with senior leadership, and the chance to shape impactful projects from day one.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct primary and secondary market research, including attending key industry conferences.
  • Analyse findings and distil them into clear insights and high-impact recommendations.
  • Contribute to client deliverables, meetings, and presentations.
  • Support proposals and business development initiatives.
  • Mentor new team members and help shape a collaborative, high-performance culture.


Ideal profile

  • BSc (or higher) in life sciences, physical sciences, or business-related fields.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in strategy consulting, pharma/biotech, healthcare, or related industries
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect the dots between qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Confident communicator, resilient under pressure, and motivated to deliver quality work.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of pharma/biotech product development.

Business Intelligence Analyst | Chorley / Hybrid | Includes Car or Car Allowance


We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a well-established company in Chorley on a hybrid basis (3x a week onsite). This is an exciting opportunity to shape data-driven decision making in a growing organisation.


You’ll use data and reporting tools to help the business make informed decisions, gathering, cleaning and analysing information to deliver clear and meaningful reports and dashboards. You’ll work across Power BI and ERP report writing tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL
  • Translate business needs into effective data solutions
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy across systems
  • Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels


About You:

  • Experience in a similar BI / Data Analyst role
  • Strong skills in SQL, Power BI and Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Flows, Power Automate, or Azure Data Factory (desirable)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • ERP reporting writing experience (desirable)
