As Head Concierge, you will lead a team whose purpose is to deliver a seamless, personalised, and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. A true ambassador of the hotel, local area, and the brand, you'll ensure that every guest receives a genuine welcome and the highest level of service throughout their stay. Through strong internal and external communication, attention to detail, and anticipatory service, you'll consistently exceed expectations and elevate the guest journey. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes hospitality, thrives in guest interaction, and brings not only operational excellence but a true passion for delivering world-class service.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Lead and inspire a world-class Concierge team with heart, humour, and precision.
+ Deliver seamless, anticipatory service - from welcoming guests to arranging extraordinary experiences.
+ Be a true ambassador of the hotel and local area, sharing insider knowledge and creating personalised itineraries.
+ Recognise and reward our loyal IHG One Rewards and InterContinental Ambassador members.
+ Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to elevate the entire guest journey.
+ Bring fresh ideas to the table and stay ahead of luxury hotel and travel trends.
**What You Bring:**
+ 2+ years of experience as Head Concierge or similar in a 5-star luxury environment.
+ Member of Les Clefs d'Or.
+ Passion for service, storytelling, and exceeding expectations.
+ Knowledge of Opera, ALICE, HotSOS, and a sharp eye for detail.
+ Calm, confident leadership and a drive to develop and inspire your team.
+ Possess a full UK driving license.
