- A strategic mindset and the creativity to think outside the box, as many of our cases demand original solutions
- The confidence to inspire client trust quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in mentoring others
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align legal strategy with client goals
- Above all, a genuinely kind and self-motivated person, as is the rest of our team
What We Offer
- Hybrid working, two days in office and three from home
- A genuinely collaborative, no-ego, and results-focused culture
- Exposure to high-profile, multi-jurisdictional cases
- Opportunities for international travel
- The ability to truly make an impact in the firm’s development
- Private medical insurance and pension contributions
