+ Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team, and supporting specialty consultants, to support customer's design needs, pricing, customer approvals, & implementation of specific deployment scopes
+ Manage the delivery of these projects, this position aligns clients' objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts across the QTS organization.
+ Drive effective client relationship management and efficient cost management, with the ultimate goal of delivering the project on time and on budget.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's Degree and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture or Equivalent Industry working experience.
+ Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities
+ Five or more years of responsibility of data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers
+ Ability to Travel throughout mainland Europe on a per project basis coordinating Construction Projects
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experience managing multiple large, multi-faceted projects.
