You will:
Lead daily briefings, shift handovers, and permit releases, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
Participate in site planning meetings, applying findings to manage labour allocation and workflow in the assigned area.
Work with logistics teams to maintain clean and organized work areas.
Coordinate material deliveries and availability, using short-term scheduling to support project milestones.

Keep a detailed log of daily work, issues, and progress.
Ensure plant and equipment are safe, fit for purpose, and properly inspected before use.
