We are seeking a Project Manager to join our clients team working on a range of critical infrastructure projects within their Civil Infrastructure and Utilities Group. Your future development will be actively supported with access to our clients full range of training, development tools and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex, high-risk projects on time and within budget.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams and provide guidance to ensure project success.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
- Drive compliance with quality management systems and efficiency across projects.
- Oversee project planning, risk management, and commercial arrangements, including NEC contract administration.
- Support business development, cross-selling, and work-winning activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in STEM or related disciplines and a professional qualification in project management, quantity surveying, or engineering.
- NEC accreditation in Project Management (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven experience managing large infrastructure projects, ideally within Defence Infrastructure or similar sectors.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk, planning, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel between sites as required.
Additional Information:
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for at least five years.

Essential Experience & Skills:
Significant experience in a construction-related discipline ideally with Project Management experience on a large Project.
Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
Strong project planning and progress reporting skills.
Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
Experience managing teams across multiple workstreams or locations.
Skilled in presenting reports and communicating with diverse stakeholders.

They are urgently seeking to appoint a Senior / Project Manager to their Central London team. Focused on commercial private sector projects, their current portfolio includes a fantastic cross section of private & student residential, commercial offices, leisure and hotels ranging from £2-30m.
This is a cracking opportunity for a competent Project Manager to accelerate their career journey, or a steadied Senior Project Manager who’s seeking to move up to a managerial level.
