- Proven experience managing technical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software, surveying equipment, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices in construction.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to travel to construction sites as and when required.
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it is a significant advantage.
