Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience (minimum 7-10 years) in BIM coordination and management on large-scale, complex projects.
- Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Knowledge of related digital construction technologies (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, Solibri, Enscape).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and drive adoption of new technologies.
