- Learn and apply project management best practices and software.
- Participate in site visits and inspections as required.
- Adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations on site.
- A strong interest in the construction industry and project management.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards new challenges.
- Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English, or equivalent.
- A commitment to completing the full apprenticeship program.
