As a Principal Risk Consultant / Manager, you will be able:
+ to deliver risk consulting assignments (profitably and with good feedback)
+ to lead and manage small consulting assignments where necessary
+ to contribute to the development of the practice
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Manage effective risk management services on projects and/or workstreams within larger projects, drawing on minimal input from Associates/Directors
+ Lead on the development and presentation of client risk management deliverables; engaging effectively with a wide range of stakeholders of the corrective actions needed to mitigate threats and utilise the opportunities in accordance with organisation processes.
+ Support project leaders in the successful delivery of the project
+ Coach more junior members of the team
+ Working as part of the team to develop and expand WSP Risk Management service offering
+ Embed and share knowledge and best practice
+ Build professional networks and relationships to support business development activities
**We'd love to hear from you if you have:**
+ Expertise in all aspects of project, programme, and business risk management facilitation
+ Experience of building complicated cost, schedule, and business risk models using applications such as using applications such as ARM, Primavera Risk Analyser, Safran Risk, Predict, and Xactium
+ Able to explain the results of risk assessments to non-specialists
+ Can suggest appropriate risk assessments to non-specialists

The Role
The People Business Partner (PBP) serves as a strategic advisor and performance consultant to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role partners closely with leaders, employees, People Centers of Expertise (COEs), and People Operations/Shared Services to deliver effective solutions across the employee experience. This role will serve as the primary HR point of contact for an assigned employee group and will work to provide guidance and support on specific employee relations, performance management, talent planning and acquisition, learning and upskilling, wellbeing, and employee engagement matters. Business Partnership
