1. Identify, develop, and shape key consumer opportunities across EMEA that fuel growth, leveraging insights from internal and external partners to deepen understanding of consumers and creators
2. Translate these opportunities into full-funnel, impactful marketing campaigns-on and off platform-by leading the creation, development, and execution of high-quality creative and go-to-market plans

What you'll be doingAs Head of Growth Marketing, reporting to the Growth Marketing Director, you'll lead performance marketing across priority brands and lead overall marketing effectiveness. Experience that will put you ahead of the curve- Experience leading Growth Marketing or Performance marketing teams.
- Experience with subscriptions or DTC businesses.
- Experience delivering CAC:LTV improvements and subscription growth.
- Experience with conversion funnels and full-funnel including A/B testing strategy, funnel optimisation and CRO.

What you'll be doingAs Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be embedded in our subscriptions Growth Squad, partnering with peers across Growth, Brand, CRO, Product and Analytics. Reporting to the Growth Director, you'll manage performance marketing, driving efficiency and optimising CAC:LTV through paid media, creative optimisation, channel mix, budget allocation, and landing page testing.
This is a role for an action-oriented marketer. You'll excel at experimentation, take ownership of your results, and play a critical part in delivering FY26 growth targets.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve- Hands-on performance marketing experience in a B2C subscriptions or DTC environment.
- Skills across paid social, paid search, and acquisition marketing.
- Experience in funnel optimisation and A/B testing, with an ability to link insights back to CAC:LTV improvement.
- Commercial mindset with understanding of CAC, LTV, churn, and growth loops.
- Translate data into action with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Ambition to grow into a senior role.
The expected range for this role is £40,000 - £60,000
