We have an opportunity for an innovative and passionate **Consumer Insights Manager** to join our Global Insights team, based in our Windsor HQ. Working alongside the Director of Consumer Insights, this is your opportunity to lead strategic market research initiatives and oversee our Brand Health tracking programme on a global scale.
In this role, you'll take the lead on bespoke research projects that bring the voice of the customer into key decision-making conversations. You'll collaborate across the business and work closely with our agency partners to deliver powerful, data-driven insights that inform strategy, inspire innovation, and shape the guest experience at IHG.

+ Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, partnering with brand strategy, marketing, and loyalty teams to broaden consumer understanding.

+ Manage the day-to-day operations of IHG's Brand Health Tracking programme, ensuring consistency and insight delivery.

Deliver Journey-Based Insights
Track how accounts move through the customer journey. Spot drop-offs, share insights, and shape mid-funnel strategy with actionable intelligence for Product Owners.
Collaborate with Automation & AI
Team up with our Data Scientist to bring automation to life-think auto-refreshing lists, ICP-driven triggers, and scalable segmentation powered by real-time data.
Power Up Our CDP (Segment)
Work with the CDP Product Owner to ensure enriched data flows into Segment seamlessly. Help configure smart segments that fuel high-performing ABX campaigns.
Enable Cross-Functional Success
Regularly share tailored TAL insights with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Ensure they always have the right data, at the right time, for the right objective.
Champion Data Quality & Continuous Improvement
Audit data integrity, flag anomalies, and refine ICP definitions with feedback loops from ABX teams.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager who will report to the Head of Business Insights. This challenging and pivotal role is responsible for proactively providing analysis and creating compelling insights that drive key business decisions and business growth.

Main tasks:

Data Analysis:

Reporting:

● Work with our Data Platform team and others to define the Business Insights data and technical requirements in the short, medium and long term.

○ Develop proof of concept (POC) reports and once approved push them into production

○ Exploit tools (including Qlik, Google Data Studio and others) to provide advanced analytics and data visualisation

Insights:

● Provide insight into complex relationships, trends and patterns in data to meet the needs of stakeholders.

● Based on the data analysis conducted, present findings clearly and concisely with actionable visual insights to senior stakeholders to influence decision making.

● Utilise previous trends and predictive analytic models that you develop to provide future based insights.

Requirements

● +3 years of data analytics and insights experience in large matrixed organisations.

● Hold relevant data analytics and insights degree or equivalent qualification/s.

● Highly numerate with excellent data manipulation and analytical skills.

● Proven ability to successfully influence others and support change through projects.

● Naturally curious and questioning insight professional who has the ability to cut through the data to identify what is most important for the decision making process.

● Be able to turn data into insights and present it clearly and concisely in a highly visual but easy to understand way.

● Advanced level of Google sheets / MS Excel and intermediate competence in Google Applications (Drive, Word, Slides) or Microsoft Office equivalent
