**What We're Looking For**
+ Significant experience in consumer insights or market research (agency or client side).

Collaborate with Automation & AI
Team up with our Data Scientist to bring automation to life-think auto-refreshing lists, ICP-driven triggers, and scalable segmentation powered by real-time data.
Power Up Our CDP (Segment)
Work with the CDP Product Owner to ensure enriched data flows into Segment seamlessly. Help configure smart segments that fuel high-performing ABX campaigns.
Enable Cross-Functional Success
Regularly share tailored TAL insights with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Ensure they always have the right data, at the right time, for the right objective.
Champion Data Quality & Continuous Improvement
Audit data integrity, flag anomalies, and refine ICP definitions with feedback loops from ABX teams.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager who will report to the Head of Business Insights. This challenging and pivotal role is responsible for proactively providing analysis and creating compelling insights that drive key business decisions and business growth.
